DiverseITS built logistics integrations connecting Tesla's platform with global shipping, port, and transportation providers. The work supported end-to-end tracking of parts and vehicles, shipment consolidation, and greater visibility across international logistics operations.

DiverseITS joined the project after Smith & Burgess had already moved a legacy on-premises Windows Forms application to a web-based platform, with the MVP already completed. The platform existed, but it needed additional functionality and business logic to support real-world use.

DiverseITS helped strengthen the platform's architecture and development process while addressing technical issues, improving testing and development practices, and supporting the move toward a more scalable architecture using technologies such as microservices and Azure Functions.

Result: the platform was successfully rolled out and adopted by customers, with smoother CI/CD processes and a stronger foundation for future modernization and feature development.

QPSI relied on a commercial ERP system to manage products and shipments until the platform reached the end of its supported life. After an initial attempt to create a replacement system did not meet the company's needs, DiverseITS was brought in to help stabilize and complete the solution.

DiverseITS also developed an internal, custom CRM onboarding and initiation workflow that integrates with the primary ERP/CRM system, supporting onboarding of customers, products, and projects before they move into the organization's primary operating system. DiverseITS also supported moving components of the organization's systems and operations to the cloud, expanding access across multiple U.S. locations.
